Amanda Dunaway

Amanda Dunaway, age 90 of Middletown passed away September 30, 2021 at Atrium Medical Center. She was born in Talbert, KY to the late Billy and Easter Turner and retired from Dayton Superior where she worked as a welder. Affectionately referred to as "Hon", Amanda loved doing word search puzzles, eating donuts, watching game shows, lifetime Christmas movies and spending time with her grandchildren. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Melvin Dunaway, her daughter Lisa Derringer and her son Melvin Dunaway. She is survived by her son Terry (Pamela) Dunaway, daughter Teresa Clayton, grandchildren Leslie Lindsey, Stephanie Dunaway, Tracie Dunaway, Amber Adkins, and Chris Hampton, 8 great grandchildren as well as numerous extended family members and dear friends. There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 11:00am at Springboro Cemetery, 2348 W Lower Springboro Rd Springboro, OH 45066.
