Charles "Raymond" Lakes

Charles Raymond Lakes passed away at his home on September 21, 2019, he was born in Germantown OH and raised by his late parents Myrtle and Charles Pallman, although biologically born to the late Paul and Flora (Moyer) Lakes and served in the US Marines.  Raymond was also preceded in death by his sisters Lois Blankenship, Linda Lakes, Idella Brown, Sandra Elliot, and granddaughter Jessica Blackmore.  He is survived by his wife of 56 years Roberta Jean "Bobbi" (Koppin), his sons Dale Allen (Jennifer) Lakes,  Douglas Ryan (Bridget) Lakes, his daughter Shelly Rae (Kirk) Blackmore, grandchildren Fiona, Ryan, Matthew, Joseph, Sasha, Jessica and Carmen, 3 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, his sisters Myrtle Lakes Shepard, Mary Jan & Lee Deeter, and Luanna Lakes Fairley, and brother Laren Edward & Lorena.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 11:00am with Pastor Ruby Harp officiating, interment immediately following at Germantown Union Cemetery.  The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 9:00 AM.
