Charlotte Ratliff

Charlotte Ratliff, age 94 of Germantown passed away on November 28, 2022 at Sycamore Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Dayton, OH to the late John and Wilda (Dice) Semon, and graduated from Jefferson High School. Charlotte was a member of Germantown First Church of God and retired from Inland, she loved canning, cooking, and reading, she also enjoyed playing cards, especially euchre. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Kelly Ratliff, Jr., her son Kelly Michael Ratliff, granddaughter Rebecca Allen, great grandson Sean Kraft, her sisters Betty Robbins and Alice Woodward, her brother Richard Semon. Charlotte is survived by her daughter Linda (Robert) Kraft, her sister Mardella Neff, 8 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and numerous extended family members and dear friends. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 2nd, 2022 from 4-6PM at the Germantown First Church of God, 760 Farmersville Pike Germantown OH 45327. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December, 3rd at 9:30am at the church with interment immediately following at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
