Cora Little

Little, Cora E. (Weaver) 84, of Miamisburg, Ohio passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 27th surrounded by family and love. She was born to Birtie Noe and Virgil Weaver Sr. on April 4th, 1932, in Jackson, Kentucky. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Cora retired in 1992 from General Motors after 20 years of service. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ward; 2 daughters Darlene and Lois; and a grandson, Jerimiah. She leaves to cherish her memory a son Charles; a daughter Linda; brother Eugene Weaver, sisters Christine Yackee and Paula Ray Weaver, 12 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. She was an avid quilter and loved making crotchet blankets for her family. Cora enjoyed shopping at bargain stores, JC Penny’s, and Walmart. She loved country music, especially George Strait. Her hobbies also included crossword puzzles, playing cards and gardening. She spent her days with her family and dog which meant the world to her. Cora was an incredible woman, she will be deeply missed by so many.
