Darrel Powell

Darrel J. Powell, age 70 of Middletown, OH passed away on January 25, 2025 at PAM Health in Miamisburg. He was born in Falmouth, KY to the late Earl and Mildred (Turner) Powell, graduated from Falmouth High School, and was a veteran of the US Army. After retiring from truck driving, Darrel enjoyed spending time with his family and watching Western movies and tv shows. Along with is parents, he was preceded in death by his son Butch Barger, granddaughter Dawn Watts and 1 brother. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Judy (Middleton) Powell, his children Bev Watts, Skyler Barger, Pete Barger, Zoey Powell (son-in-law Trey Fuller), grandchildren Hannah (Jordan Heinrich), Stephanie, Jersey, great grandchildren Bryson, Isaiah, Chloe, Zayden, 7 brothers and 3 sisters, and a host of extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at 1:00PM at Miamisburg Full Gospel Tabernacle, 515 Schroeder St, Miamisburg, OH 45342. The family will receive friends for a visitation prior to the service beginning at 12:00PM.
