David Adams

Adams, David "Grizzly", age 66 of Middletown passed away March 6, 2018 at the Atrium Medical Center. He was born in Middletown, OH to the late Tandy and Dollie (Mays) Adams, attended Stratford Heights Church of God in Middletown and retired from Mid-Ohio. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his granddaughter Erica Sloan Forkner. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Brenda Sue Adams, his daughter Brandy (Chad) Sigler, step children Kim Bowling, Lisa (David) Forkner, Melissa (Phil) Cox, Tommy Bowling, Greg Bowling, his brothers Matt and Dean Adams, his sisters Mary Adams, Brenda Carroll, and Tammy Rose. David is also survived by 3 grandchildren Kelly, Joey, and Ashley as well as numerous other grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 8, 2018 12:00PM at the Arpp & Root Funeral Home, 29 N. Main St. Germantown. Interment immediately following at Woodside Cemetery in Middletown. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 10:00AM.
