Linville, Dorothy Ann, age 72 of Miamisburg, passed away on May 16, 2016 at Kettering Memorial Hospital. She was born in Dayton, OH to the late Albert Edward and Dorothy Linville. Dottie was a graduate of Miamisburg High School and a charter member of the Miamisburg Christian Church. Dottie loved the Lord and started each day with her devotions. Dottie worked at the Centerville Elder Beerman’s for 18 years, and worked at Miamisburg Christian church for several years. Dottie was very talented in knitting, plastic canvas, and many other crafts, as many people were blessed with the beautiful things she made. Dottie was a breast cancer survivor, and suffered from Asperger’s, a form of Autism, all her life. Dottie is survived by her sister Susan (David) Black, nephew Ryan Black, niece Natalie (Jason) Lee, two great nephews Jonathan and Nathan Lee, and three first cousins Ruth Ann (Larry) Pierson, David (Linda) Bell, and Mark (Lynn) Linville. Dottie spent the last 7 months of her life at St. Leonard’s Joseph Bernadine Residence. Her family would like to thank everyone at JBR for being so kind to Dottie. And a special thank you to Rhonda Wooley for her kindness and love for Dottie. Dottie’s family will have a private memorial service for her, but per Dottie’s request, there will be no funeral service.
