Dorothy Scott

Scott, Dorothy E., age 87 of Lewisburg, formerly of Farmersville, OH passed away peacefully on June 18, 2021 at EverHeart Hospice in Greenville, OH. She was born in Morrow, OH to the late Clifford and Volna (Oren) Witham and graduated from Germantown High School. Dorothy was quite a story teller and loved telling stories about the past. When she lived in Farmersville she attended Farmersville United Methodist Church and loved staying home and spending time with her family. Along with her parent she was preceded in death by her husband Robert "Bob" Scott, 2 brothers and a sister, her granddaughter Courtney Scott, and daughter in law Carolyn (Hobbs) Scott. Dorothy is survived by her children Robert (Sue) Scott, Rhonda (Bob) May, and Randy (Carol) Scott, her grandchildren Charles and Nathan Scott and two special grandchildren whom she raised, Jason (Chrissy) Staggs and Jessie Greene, along with numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and extended family members and dear friends. There will be a graveside service on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at 1:00PM at the Twin Valley Cemetery on Enterprise Road in Gratis.
