Freda Friend

Freda Friend,  age 94, formerly of Germantown ,passed away Thursday September 11, 2014 at Laurels of West Carrollton. Freda was born in Germantown, OH the daughter of the late John and Mary (Peters) Miller. She was a member of  Slifers Presbyterian Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John H. Friend, son John A. Friend, daughter Debra Derrickson, 4 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by her daughter Carolyn Friend, grandsons  Justin Derrickson and Matthew Derrickson, great grandchildren Blake and Noah. Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday September 16, 2014 at Germantown Union Cemetery. Rev. Angie Schenck officiating. Arrangements by Arpp & Root Funeral Home Germantown.
