Gary House

House, Gary L., age 78 of Germantown, OH passed away peacefully at his home on September 13, 2021 surrounded by his family. He was born in Dayton, OH to the late Ralph and Helen (Millikin) House. Gary graduated from Brookville High School, class of 1961 and then went on to get his Bachelors Degree in Engineering from University of Cincinnati. Gary was a member of Union Chapel United Methodist Church and worked at AK Steel for over 30 years before his retirement. Gary loved anything that had to do with hunting, he was a member of Ducks Unlimited, a member of the Middletown Sportsman Club, did some work for the Wildlife Federation, and taught Hunters Safety for over 25 years. Gary is survived by his wife Carol (Hurt) House, his daughter Rhonda (Mark) Sugalski, son David House (Sarah), daughter Sherry House (Clint), granddaughters Hannah Lippincott and Ava House, and numerous extended family members and dear friends. There will be a memorial service held at the Union Chapel United Methodist Church at a later date.
