Gladys Shock

Shock, Marie "Granny", age 101 of Germantown passed away Saturday, July 1, 2017 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties.  She was born in Blanchester, OH to the late Glover and Etta (Sams) Little on September 14, 1915.  Gladys retired from Atlas Tire and after her retirement she worked part time at the Downtowner Restaurant in Germantown.  Along with her parents she was also preceded in death by her first husband Paul Bishop, her second husband Earl Shock, and her son Raymond Bishop.  She is survived by her daughter Martha Marsh, 5 grandchildren Becky (Glenn) Hatton, Rick (Tracy) Schuyler, Randy (Missy Schuyler), Raeanna (Steve) Kelly, and Randy (Barb) Bishop, 7 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 7th, 2017 at 11:00am at the Arpp & Root Funeral Home, 29 N Main St Germantown, OH with burial immediately following at Wood Hill Cemetery in Franklin.  The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 10:00am.
