Goldie McIntosh

Goldie E. McIntosh, age 104 of West Alexandria, OH passed away peacefully on May 1, 2024 at Greenbriar in Eaton. She was born in Miamisburg, OH to the late Roy and Mary Elizabeth (Smith) Weidel, graduated from Miamisburg High School and was a lifelong member of Farmersville United Methodist Church. Goldie enjoyed traveling, she and her late husband traveled all over Ohio finding covered bridges. She also enjoyed sewing and flowers but most of all she loved her family and spending time with them. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Woodrow (John) McIntosh in 1996, 5 sisters and 1 brother. She is survived by her children Dale McIntosh (Tom), Karen Breese (Doug), John McIntosh (Donna), and Michael McIntosh, her grandchildren Bryan, Tim, Eric, Kimberly, Kathy, Kasey, John Jr., and Lori, as well as 14 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren, her sister Margie McDonald, step brother Harold Dursch, and numerous extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 10, 2024 from 10am-12pm at Farmersville United Methodist Church, 110 W. Center Street, Farmersville OH 45325, funeral services will begin at noon with pastor Henry Folgoso officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Twin Valley Cemetery.
