James Taulbee

Taulbee, James M.,  age 77 of Germantown passed away December 6, 2013 at Sycamore Hospital.  He was born in Wolf Co. Ky, the son of the late Jeff and Lou Etta Taulbee.  He was retired from Armco Steel, was a member of the Germantown Historical Society and a “friend” of the Germantown Rescue Squad volunteering many hours of service.  Jim was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters Hazel and Guinevere, brothers Clarence, Bryce, Beech, Ernest, Lawrence and Taylor.  He is survived by his wife Ruth , sons Tate and Nick Taulbee, daughters Debby (Greg) Stonehill and Pam (Clark) Davis, grandchildren Carolyn (Justin) Stoermer, Jacob Stonehill, Katie Stonehill, Ryann Davis, Ethan Taulbee and Skylar Taulbee, brothers BM and Lee, sisters Opal McCartney and Rachel Tester, his favorite sister in law, Eula Taulbee,  numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 12, 2013 at 10:30 AM at the Arpp & Root Funeral Home, Germantown.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.  If so desired, the family suggests donations may be made to the Germantown Fire /EMS, 75 N.
