Jeffrey Patrick Clark

Jeffrey Patrick Clark, age 63 of Germantown passed away on March 16, 2022 with his family by his side through a courageous battle with Ocular Melanoma. He was born in Union City, IN to the late Raymond and Janet (Merland) Clark, graduated from Valley View High School class of 1976 and retired from Otterbein Senior Living. Jeff loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, but his true passion was the special bond he held with his children. He adored them and his grandchildren immensely. Along with his parents he was also preceded in death by his brothers Steven and Gary Clark and brother-in-law Tim Puderbaugh. Jeff is survived by his children Ryan (Casey) Clark, Linley Clark, Evan Clark, Hannah Clark, grandchildren Hayden, Bailey, Lily, Aubrey, Layla, Braylon, Teddy, sister Sharie Puderbaugh, brother Matt Clark, nieces and nephews Chris, Jason, Katie, Jared, Austin, Kenzie, Jake, and numerous extended family members and dear friends. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 20, 2022 from 2:00-3:00PM at the Arpp, Root and Carter Funeral Home, 29 N Main St. Germantown. A memorial service will follow beginning at 3:00PM. Burial will be private at Germantown Union Cemetery. Jeff had the most beautiful and contagious laugh, a loving kind heart, and is already deeply missed by all who loved him.
