LaVerne Laycock

LaVerne J. Laycock, age 82 of Farmersville, passed away Friday, October 25, 2013 at Astoria Nursing Home in Germantown. LaVerne was born in Farmersville, OH the daughter of the late Leonard W. and Dorothy (Barklow) Laycock. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Alan B. Laycock. She is survived by a brother Gary N. Laycock of Farmersville, nephew Rick Laycock (Pennnie) of West Alexandria, niece Annie (Scott) Walter of Germantown, and a sister in law Dorothy Laycock of Eaton, 2 great nephews, 2 great nieces, 1 great great nephew and 1 great great niece. The family would like to thank the staff and caregivers at Astoria Nursing Home and Crossroad Hospice for all their kindness shown to LaVerne. Graveside service will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday October 29, 2013 at Twin Valley Cemetery, West Alexandria. Pastor Gary Wood officiating. Arrangements by Arpp & Root Funeral Home Germantown.
