LLoyd Clensy

Lloyd E. Clensy, age 86 formerly of Germantown passed away Monday September 16, 2013 at the Episcopal Church Home in Louisville. Lloyd was born in Germantown, OH the son of the late James and Mary (Hartman) Clensy. He was a graduate of Germantown High School, a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp,  a former member of the Germantown Lions Club and was retired from the Valley View School  District where he was in charge of the maintenance of all the schools. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Geneva, July 27, 2013, sisters Myrtle Clensy and Edith Dillon, brothers Ralph Clensy and Richard Clensy.  He is survived by his daughter Vicki and her husband Mike Pasley of Louisville,  grandsons Chad (Ashleigh)  Pasley,  Ryan  (Amanda) Pasley, great grandchildren Mya and Colton.  Funeral services will be held 12:30 P.M.  Friday September 20, 2013 at the Arpp & Root Funeral Home,  Germantown, Rev. Richard Luh officiating. Burial to follow at the Germantown Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends 10:30 a.m. Friday until time of service at the funeral home.
