Melin G. Bell, (Jim) age 79 of Germantown passed away Thursday evening, February 20, 2014, at his residence. Jim was born in Germantown, Ohio the son of the late Walter and Dorothy (Bernheisel) Bell. He was a graduate of Germantown High School, was a U.S. Army Veteran and retired from N.A.P.A. Auto Parts in Middletown. Jim enjoyed fishing and camping with his family and friends at the Cross’s Campground in Camden . In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Judy and two sisters. He is survived by sons Scott (Pam) Bell of Germantown and Steve Bell of West Carrollton, grandchildren Donnie (Angie) Bell, Matthew (Tasha) Bell, Laura Bell, Chris Bell and Andrew Bell, 11 great grandchildren and two special great grandchildren Carissa Bell, Jessup Bell and his extended camping family. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday February 25, 2014 at the Arpp & Root Funeral Home Germantown, Pastor Ruby Harp officiating with burial at Germantown Union Cemetery.
