Michael Barnhart

Michael Barnhart, age 71 of Germantown passed away at his home on July 24, 2020. He was born in Dayton, OH to the late Norman and Patricia Barnhart, graduated from Germantown High School, served in the US Army and was a Vietnam War Veteran. Michael retired from General Motors and enjoyed anything outdoors, camping, canoeing, and especially fishing. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Vicki Stebbins. He is survived by his children Heather (Ed) Nieman, Brian Barnhart and Wesley (Amanda) Barnhart, his grandchildren Kahla and Spencer Nieman and Kingston Barnhart, his 2 brothers Larry Barnhart and Roger Barnhart and numerous extended family members and friends.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at 1:00PM, with Pastor J. Todd Smith officiating, the family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 12:00PM.
