Montgomery "Gage" Borton

Borton, Montgomery "Gage", age 30 of Franklin, formerly of Germantown passed away unexpectedly at his home on July 13, 2021. Gage was born July 16, 1990 in Hopkinsville, KY and graduated from Valley View High School.  He enjoyed fishing, being outdoors, and spending time with his children and friends, he especially enjoyed pulling pranks on anyone he was around. Gage was preceded in death by his grandmother Maxine Hawkins, step mother Lou Overholts, and his bonus grandma Betty Adams. He is survived by his mother Leslie (Campbell) Griffith and her husband Gary Griffith, father Kelly Hawkins, girlfriend Lindsey Mundhenk, sons Kayden and Cyrus Borton, his daughter Tayen Borton, brother Cody Borton and sister Kayla Hawkins, also his step brothers Micah Overholts, Tyler and Shelby Franklin, step sisters Annie Wilson, Shauna McMurray, Monica Sizemore, and Rebecca Johnson, his maternal grandparents Rick and Bev Campbell, as well as numerous extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly. The family will be scheduling a Celebration of Life at a later date.
