Paul Boyer

Boyer, Paul F. age 95 of Germantown passed away Monday August 1, 2011 at Hospice of Dayton. Paul was born in German Twp the son of the late Robert and Ethel (Emrick) Boyer. Paul was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Army. He was retired from Frigidaire, and was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Mary and a daughter Shirley Kraus. He is survived by 3 sons James (Janet) Boyer of Germantown; Dwight (Vicki ) Boyer of Miamisburg and Robert (Peggy) Boyer of Germantown; son in law Jim Kraus of Franklin; sister Virginia Bell, 8 grandchildren 21 great grandchildren and 20 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 12:00 p.m. (noon) Friday August 5, 2011 at St. John's United Church of Christ 201 W. Market St. Germantown, burial Germantown Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Friday (2 hrs. prior to service) at the Church. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Hospice of Dayton or St. John's U.C.C.
