Rebecca Faulkner

Faulkner, Rebecca Jean, age 25 of Franklin passed away November 10, 2018 in Oakland, IN.  She was born in Frankfort, KY to Theodore Phillips and Jenny Shoup.  Rebecca had a great sense of humor and enjoyed being silly with her friends and kids, she was a wonderful mother to her children, loved movies and music.  She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Robert and Betty Shoup.  Along with her parents, she is survived by her husband Elmer Byrd Faulkner, Jr., her daughter Skylar Jean Rose Faulkner and her son EB Faulkner, also her brothers and sisters Dusty Phillips, Damien (Tiffany) Phillips, Sherina Lollar, Candice Frazier, and Britany Tallman.  There will be a funeral service on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 12:00PM at the Arpp, Root & Carter Funeral Home, 29 N Main St. Germantown, OH.  The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 10:30am.
