Robert Steven Neatherton “Bob”, 57, of Germantown, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on January 31, 2025. He was born on January 12, 1968, in Dayton, Ohio, the son of Dixie (Rauch) and Richard Neatherton. A 1987 graduate of Valley View High School, and a 1992 graduate of University of Findlay, Bob dedicated 31 years to DMAX as a District 1 Committee Person.
A passionate sports enthusiast, Bob was a devoted fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and the Valley View Spartans. He cherished time spent with his family and friends, and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Bob was preceded in death by his father, Richard Neatherton; his maternal grandparents, Robert and Dolores (Toadie) Rauch; and his paternal grandparents, Carl and Lillian Miller.
He leaves behind his loving wife of 30 years, Bekah (Karns) Neatherton; his mother, Dixie Neatherton; his children, Justin (Monica) Griffiths, Jessica (Justin) Fryman, and Jacob (Allysa) Neatherton; his grandchildren, Macklen Griffiths and Charlee Fryman, with another grandchild expected in August; his sister, Susan (Jeff) Cotterman; his parents-in-law, Joe and Nell Golinski; his sister-in-law, Amy (Rob) Singley; his niece and nephews, Megan, Mitchell, and Matthew Cotterman, and Robbie and Eli Singley; and many dear relatives and special friends.
The family will receive friends for a visitation on Thursday, February 6, 2025 from 4-7pm at the Germantown First Church of God, 760 Farmersville Pike, Germantown OH. Funeral Services will be held at the church on Friday, February 7, 2025 at 11:00am, burial immediately following at Germantown Union Cemetery.
