Sheila Larson

Sheila Kay Larson (Byrd), age 67 of Germantown passed away peacefully on October 20, 2020 at her home.  She was born in Middletown, OH to the late John and Maxine (Armitage) Byrd and graduated from Valley View High School, class of 1971.  Sheila loved shopping, music, going to concerts and spending time relaxing and enjoying nature at the Germantown Dam.  Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter Jacqueline (Jackie) Hoffman and her siblings James, John, and Pauline Byrd.  Sheila is survived by her husband Steve Larson, children Bryan Hoffman, Steven Larson, and Shannon Larson, her grandchildren Alex Hoffman, Austin Classen, True Marcus Hoffman, Meriel Lee Humphrey, Tristen Kay Fraker, True Blanton, Kayden Borton, Cyrus Borton, and Stella McGinnis, her brothers Kerry (Brenda) Byrd, Paul Byrd, and Don (Sara) Byrd, as well as numerous extended family members and dear friends.  There will be a memorial service on Friday, November 6, 2020 at 6:30PM at the Arpp, Root & Carter Funeral Home with Pastor Ruby Harp officiating.  The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 5:00PM.

**NOTE REGARDING MEMORIAL TREES**  Please note if you order a memorial tree for the family there is no way to find out where the tree is planted or a photo of the memorial plaque.  We have tried to get this removed from our website but unable to do so at this time.
