Tamara Cox

Tamara Cox, age 62 of Middletown, OH went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 26th, 2021 at her home while surrounded by her loved ones. Mrs. Cox was born on March 25th, 1959 in Middletown OH to the late Jack and Lurline (Helton) Tussey. She married Tom Cox on November 1st, 1980 and they were married for 15 years. She worked many years in retail and was a member of Route 4 Pentecostal Holiness Church. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Tom Cox, father in law Charlie Cox, sister Pam, and brother Timmy. Tammy is survived by her sons Joey (Becci) Tussey, Kenny (Felicia) Cox, brother Jack Tussey, sisters Vicki (Junior) Francis, Sandy Tussey, grandsons Tyler Tussey, Tommy (Kaylee) Cox, granddaughters Hannah (Caleb) Blevins, Torrie Cox (boyfriend Andre Rhone), great grandchildren Nathan Tussey, Lucas and Kairi Cox, a very special family friend Mike Johnson as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends who will miss her dearly. Spending time with her family and grandbabies was her life and giving her heart to the Lord changed her life. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 10:30am at Route 4 Pentecostal Holiness Church, 2968 Dayton Germantown Pike, Germantown, OH 45327 with Brother Bruce McGuire officiating. Burial will take place immediately following the service at Butler County Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the church prior to the service beginning at 9:30am.
