Teresa Alspaugh

Teresa L. Alspaugh, age 54 of Germantown passed away  Sunday September 22, 2013 at Heartland of Miamisburg. She is survived  by her husband William Alspaugh, mother   Annette   Gibson, father David Harbison,  children William Jr., Chelsey Alspaugh,  Nathaniel and his wife Sarah of Virginia, Matthew of Germantown and Amanda Harfield of Dayton, sister Sherri and her husband Greg McCullar of Centerville,9 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.  A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday ,September 30, 2013 at the Farmersville Baptist Church, 334 N. Elm St. Farmersville, Ohio Pastor Tom Vorhis officiating. Arrangements by Arpp & Root Funeral Home Germantown.
